Deal flow – in a network one gets access to a larger pool of pre‐screened investment opportunities. Due to leveraged knowhow, an angel group has a better judgment capability. Syndication also makes conducting due diligence faster and less expensive.
Individual bets are small. As a group you can lower your personal investment risk and diversify your portfolio.
Standardized process and term sheet – makes it easier for both the investor and entrepreneur.
